Description

The project proposal of “DARI KOMERS - NA” Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of a facility used for the company’s main economic activity – urban and suburban passenger transport (NACE Code 49.31). The planned investments will be implemented at the company’s service depot, where the bus fleet is stored and maintained. The building is owned by “DARI KOMERS - NA” Ltd.

The facility, where daily technical and maintenance activities are carried out, has a total area of 805 sq.m and currently does not meet modern standards for energy efficiency and indoor working environment. In order to achieve better energy performance and provide comfortable working conditions, the company plans to implement the following measures:

Installation of a VRV direct expansion system with a total capacity of 99 kW, ensuring efficient heating and cooling of the premises, high energy efficiency, and low operating costs.

Replacement of existing windows with new aluminum frames with thermal break, covering a total area of 288.53 sq.m, which will significantly reduce heat losses.

Installation of three external sectional doors with a total area of 33.26 sq.m, providing improved insulation and reduced air infiltration.

The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the building’s energy efficiency, optimizing energy consumption costs, and improving the working conditions for employees. These improvements will have a direct positive impact on the quality and sustainability of the passenger transport services provided by “DARI KOMERS - NA” Ltd.
