Description

Pap Tech Bulgaria EOOD is a company whose main activity is related to the delivery, distribution, and servicing of household appliances. The company operates throughout the country through its own logistics and service center, which is a key element of its operational activity. The company is taking strategic steps to optimize its energy consumption, as it represents a significant share of the company's current operating costs, which necessitates long-term and sustainable investment in energy efficiency and independence.

This project proposal envisages the construction of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 50 kWp and an energy storage system with a capacity of 90 kW, which will be located on the roof of the company's logistics base. The investment will be implemented on a leased property, and the decision to install the system on the roof minimizes the construction of new areas and is fully in line with the principles of sustainable use of resources.

The project envisages an investment of BGN 168066.20 for a period of 12 months, and its implementation will lead to the following:
- Reducing the company's dependence on external energy suppliers and price fluctuations in the energy market;
- Increased energy independence and cost predictability;
- Reduced electricity costs and increased financial sustainability of the enterprise;
- Significant contribution to reducing the carbon footprint and achieving corporate goals in the field of sustainable development;
- Improving the company's image as a responsible, "green" business partner;
- Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise by implementing innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
