"DVE VE" Ltd. operates in the field of printing services (NACE 18.12), including prepress, printing and finishing processes for various types of advertising, packaging and publishing products. The production activity is energy-intensive, using machinery and equipment with high electricity consumption. In order to reduce energy costs and transition to sustainable production, the company plans to implement a project to build a photovoltaic system for its own consumption. The project envisages the installation of photovoltaic panels with an inverter with a total capacity of 150 kW on the roof structure of the production building. The construction of the system will allow the enterprise to produce its own electricity from a renewable source, which will reduce its dependence on external suppliers and ensure greater energy independence. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in the carbon footprint, optimization of production costs and increased competitiveness of "DVE VE" OOD, while at the same time supporting the objectives of the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Program 2021–2027 to increase energy efficiency and increase the share of energy from renewable sources.
