NI YAN GROUP" is a company with a main economic activity under KID 55.10 - Hotels and similar places of accommodation. The company manages a hotel and specializes in providing quality services for accommodation and guest service. The hotel sector is highly competitive and dynamic, with customers increasingly expecting a high level of personalized service, data security and modern digital solutions for booking, communication and service. Within the framework of the project proposal, the company provides: Two high-efficiency 22 kW compressed air compressors - equipped with inverter control (Variable Speed Drive - VSD). Two compressed air tanks (buffer vessels) - ensure pressure stabilization, peak load reduction and uniform air supply. Built-in or separate dryer - to remove moisture from the air, which prevents condensation, corrosion and defects in pneumatic equipment. Centralized compressed air management system – which will coordinate the operation of the two compressors, monitor the pressure in real time and automatically distribute the load to achieve optimal efficiency and even wear. Compressed air systems are among the largest consumers of electricity in production and restaurant facilities, often operating with low efficiency. Replacement with new, intelligent equipment requires significant financial resources that cannot be covered solely by own funds. Support under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 will allow the company to realize this key investment, which will lead to: a significant reduction in energy consumption, increased productivity and quality of work, The investment is fully in line with the program’s priorities, aimed at energy transformation of business, green technologies and consumption optimization, and will have a multi-year positive effect on the energy, environmental and economic profile of the enterprise.
