The buildings are one main one with an area of 600 sq.m and two smaller ones with a total area of 180 sq.m.
It is the energy efficiency of the buildings at the base of "Pleven Express" EOOD that is a weak point for the company and under the current project the applicant plans to install thermal insulation systems of sandwich panels for roofs of the three buildings, as well as to replace 40 sq.m of existing depreciated joinery with an aluminum frame with a broken thermal bridge. "Pleven Express" EOOD has energy consumption for air conditioning of the activities at the base of the company and accordingly there are peak and seasonal fluctuations in the consumption of energy - electricity, solid fuel or gas.
