The Kolor OOD project will satisfy the need to reduce energy consumption costs, which will have a positive impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise. The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the energy efficiency of Kolor OOD, thereby accelerating the company's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and helping the enterprise maintain its competitiveness by reducing the company's vulnerability to rising electricity prices. Specific objectives: -Improving the energy performance of the commercial building in the city of Dupnitsa, through the implementation of highly efficient energy measures aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the roof of the Kolor OOD hypermarket. -Reducing the annual consumption of primary electricity by installing 2 pcs. 23KW heat pumps in both commercial buildings: construction hypermarket and design center -Increasing the competitiveness of Kolor by reducing its operating costs for electricity -Reducing the company's carbon footprint. Main activities: Construction and development activities for implementing energy efficiency measures for the roof of the hypermarket of Kolor OOD and implementation of 2 pcs. 23 KW air-to-water heat pumps in both commercial buildings of the company. The expected results after the implementation of the project are: -Improved energy efficiency of the roof of the hypermarket building -Reduced annual electricity consumption -Better microclimate for customers and employees -Increased competitiveness -Reduced greenhouse gas emissions while complying with the "no significant harm principle" (2021/C58/01 within the meaning of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852; The project proposal is in accordance with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
