Description

The project aims to improve the energy efficiency, sustainability, and energy independence of GAZMONTAZH ENGINEERING RZ Ltd. through the implementation of modern technologies for energy-efficient construction and insulation of the building where the company operates in the city of Razgrad.
Currently, the company owns a property that includes administrative, service, and storage buildings, as well as a new facility under construction, where it will carry out its activities related to the manufacturing and assembly of metal products and air ducts, with a total area of 494 sq.m. The investment is in an advanced stage — all project components have been completed, and the building’s foundations have already been constructed.
The present project provides for the integration of energy-efficient solutions to be applied in the building, namely:
-Thermal insulation systems made of sandwich roof panels (592.8 sq.m);
-Aluminium windows and doors with thermal break (40 sq.m).
-The planned elements are part of the building’s energy-efficient insulation system and will contribute to reducing heat losses, improving thermal comfort, and achieving better overall energy performance of the facility.
The project supplements an existing investment (the building) with energy-efficient technologies. The investment concept is fully in line with the Managing Authority’s requirements and complies with Answer No. 47 from the published Questions and Answers under the procedure.
The implementation of the project will enable the company to complete the renovation works of the facility in accordance with modern energy efficiency standards, reduce its operating costs, and ensure sustainable operation and activities with minimal energy consumption.
The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure and with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle, combining technological modernization, sustainable construction, and environmental protection.
