PAPADOPULOS AND SIN Ltd. specializes in the production and supply of natural stone products with various applications such as flooring and cladding for bathrooms, kitchen countertops, facades, steps, fireplaces and many others under the economic activity code 23.70. The company strives to optimise the use of energy in order to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. This project is in line with the objectives of the procedure "Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy in Enterprises" - to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and promote the use of energy from renewable sources (RES), thus accelerating the transition of the private sector towards climate neutrality. With a view to greater energy independence and a transition towards eco-friendly operations, a PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT (INCLUDING SOLAR PANELS, INVERTERS, BATTERIES AND OTHER COMPONENTS NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE PLANT with inverter power 50 kW. To overcome the constraints to the future development of the company, solar panels and electricity storage facilities will be installed, which will allow the company to use clean energy for its own needs and to store the surplus energy produced by the FPP and use it when power outages occur and as a supplementary energy source. This will increase the efficiency of the overall energy generation and storage system. The new PV plant will enable the company to secure a stable energy supply, minimise energy costs and ensure continuity of the production process, making it more competitive in the market. The investments under the procedure comply with the requirements of the principle of 'no significant damage' to the environment and will contribute to the ecological transition of the country.
