Mykonos Alpha Ltd. operates in the hospitality sector, which is characterized by high electricity consumption for lighting, heating, cooling, etc. related to the activity. In the context of rising energy prices and increased requirements for sustainable management, the company is faced with the need to reduce its operating costs and carbon footprint by implementing renewable energy sources. The project envisages the construction of a 50 kW photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for its own consumption, to provide the necessary electricity and increase energy independence and sustainability. Target group: hotel employees and management, who will benefit from lower energy costs and more efficient operation of the site. Indirect target groups: hotel guests, business partners and the local community - through improved service quality, price stability and reduced environmental impact. Overall goal: to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company through the use of renewable energy sources. Specific objectives:- construction of a 50 kW combined cycle power plant; - reduction of electricity costs and achievement of energy independence; - reduction of CO₂ emissions and contribution to the green transition; - strengthening of competitiveness and ecological image. Expected results: constructed and put into operation a 50 kW combined cycle power plant (including solar panels, inverter, battery and other components necessary for the operation of the plant); reduction of consumption from the external network; lower energy costs; reduced CO₂ emissions; increased sustainability and efficiency of the enterprise. Main activities: Organization and preparation for project implementation; design; construction of a combined cycle power plant and commissioning; management; information and publicity activities in accordance with the requirements of the program. The implementation will lead to increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, improved sustainability.
