This project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy consumption of AKTIV - 02 OOD, respectively maintaining its competitiveness, as well as continuing its investment intentions. To achieve the set goals and results, an activity is planned to purchase local energy storage facilities - batteries in combination with inverters. To achieve the best possible results, the identified needs and requirements of AKTIV - 02 OOD, as well as the objectives of this procedure, were the guiding factors in selecting the activity. The activity has been selected so as to ensure the achievement of the goals, results and indicators set in the project, respectively to contribute to achieving the objectives of the procedure: BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027. The lack of local battery energy storage facilities in combination with inverters at the PV plant leads to economic losses from the inability to use the excess energy produced, which adversely affects the energy efficiency of the site and increases operating costs. As a result of the project implementation, we will achieve the following results: - improving the energy efficiency of the company; - improving the energy independence and increasing the sustainability of the energy system; - improving the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
