The project of "S.T. Sunny Paradise" OOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the activities of the hotel complex "Dolce Vita", located on the main road E-79 to the village of Darmantsi, municipality of Mezdra. The project envisages the implementation of two main energy measures: • delivery and installation of a 70 kW air-to-water heat pump system, intended for heating and cooling the premises; • construction of a photovoltaic power plant with batteries with a total capacity of 60 kW for own consumption. The implementation of the investment will allow a significant reduction in energy consumption from non-renewable sources, optimization of electricity costs and reduction of the company's carbon footprint. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021–2027 and will contribute to the sustainable development and competitiveness of "S.T. Sunny Paradise" OOD through the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies for energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.
