Description

The present project proposal intends construction of a photovoltaic power plant (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant) to cover part of the energy needs of KRES-D Ltd. The main activity of the company is in the field of mechanical engineering - mainly the production of hydraulic cylinders. The production process is energy-intensive and includes the operation of computer numerical control machines, lathes, milling machines and welding equipment. The increasing prices of electricity and the dependence on external suppliers increase operating costs and create a risk of production interruptions.
The implementation of the project proposal will achieve the production of green, clean electricity from renewable sources, reduce energy costs, reduce the company's carbon emissions and increase energy independence. The batteries planned for purchase, included in the photovoltaic power plant, will allow the storage of the produced energy and its use during periods of low sunlight or peak consumption, thus optimizing the energy balance and ensuring continuity of the production process.
The project will contribute to improving the company's energy efficiency by reducing electricity consumption, from external energy suppliers, per unit of production, eliminating losses in energy transmission, better load distribution and the possibility of energy monitoring. In the long term, this will ensure a stable, predictable and environmentally friendly electricity supply and improve the competitiveness of the company.
