The main objective of the project proposal is to implement measures to increase the energy efficiency of SPECIALIZED AUTO SERVICE-MASTERWORK - BLAGOEVGRAD LTD SPECIALIZED and to create conditions for promoting the use of energy from renewable sources (RES). To achieve this primary objective, the following project activities will be implemented: 1) Replacement of the current outdated and technically compromised joinery (windows and doors). The replacement of the joinery will cover the service premises, where the current joinery is in deplorable condition. New aluminum glazing units with pre-designed dimensions and type will be installed, with a total area of 105,8 sq.m. New transparent enclosing structures will be installed, including external windows, glazed doors, and showcases with wings that rotate on both vertical and horizontal axes, featuring an aluminum frame with a broken thermal bridge. When replacing the joinery, transparent enclosing structures (windows and doors) will achieve a value of the overall heat transfer coefficient, 1.70 W/m2. 2) Replacement of the current oil heating system. The current oil heating system will be replaced with 2 pcs. New chillers with a water-cooled condenser unit, each with a power output of 75 kW, will be connected with the service rooms for car repair. The chillers that will be purchased will be of the inverter scroll compressor type with a water-cooled condenser unit. The chillers will be able to be powered by the existing photovoltaic power plant at the enterprise, which is connected to the car service of CAM Blagoevgrad and has the right and opportunity to use the energy produced for its own needs.
