This project proposal provides for activities to increase the energy efficiency of a hotel owned by VIVA 2008 EOOD in the city of Blagoevgrad.

Within the framework of the project proposal, the following energy saving measures will be implemented:

- Replacement of the heat generator
- Replacement of the heating pump
- Reconstruction of the SAI
- Measurement, control and management measure
- Installation of a FPP for own consumption
As a result of the ESM, the following indicators will be achieved:
- harmful emissions into the atmosphere will be reduced.
- saving of primary non-renewable energy.
- saving of energy consumption.
The activities in the project proposal are:

- implementation of construction works for the implementation of measures for the utilization of energy from renewable sources;
