Technostroy - Investconsult Ltd. offers services in the field of construction supervision, assessment of the conformity of investment projects, design and legalization of illegal construction, reconstruction and change of purpose of buildings and technical passport of buildings and inspection of construction sites. A significant part of the company's activity, related to construction supervision of sites, is located in southwestern Bulgaria, in particular the towns of Sapareva Banya, Panichishte, Dupnitsa and the region, which is why in April 2025 the company rented a two-story building in Panichishte, located in the area of the town of Sapareva Banya. The building has a total area of about 600 sq.m. and is used for remote work of employees from Monday to Friday. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area and an office space with desks and computers, and on the second floor - 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. The working capacity is for 3 to 6 employees. In order to minimize the costs of electricity, especially for heating and providing hot water, Technostroy - Investconsult EOOD, applies under this procedure with the following activities in full compliance with its: 1. Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 45 kW, which includes photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries and other components for the construction of the plant. 2. Delivery and installation of air-to-water heat pumps with a heat capacity of up to 24 kW - this type of heat pumps converts energy from the outside air into heat. 3. Delivery and installation of a solar system for hot water and domestic hot water supply with a gross area of 10 sq.m.
