The project of "MALIN GALCHOV" OOD envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures by building photovoltaic panels with an inverter for production and installation of a local facility for storing electricity from renewable sources at the company's site. The company operates in the field of catering, providing high-quality catering services. The activity is associated with significant electricity consumption due to the continuous operation of kitchen and refrigeration equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and maintenance of comfort for customers. This leads to high current energy costs and a significant impact on the environment. The project envisages the delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels in combination with inverters, as well as the installation of local energy storage facilities (batteries). In this way, a large part of the company's own electricity consumption will be covered from a renewable source, while at the same time achieving more efficient use of the produced energy through storage and use during peak hours. The expected results of the project implementation include: -significant reduction of energy costs and dependence on the electricity distribution network; -increasing energy efficiency and sustainability of business processes; -reducing carbon emissions and contributing to the achievement of national and European green transition goals; -improving the competitiveness of "MALIN GALCHOV" OOD through cost optimization and provision of more environmentally friendly services in the field of tourism and catering. The project proposal is in full compliance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" and complies with the principle of "doing no significant harm" (DNSH).
