The project proposal envisages the implementation of measures to increase the energy efficiency of the family hotel of DZHUDI EOOD, located in the town of Nessebar. The implementation of the investment will achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption, cost optimization and carbon footprint reduction, which will contribute to the sustainable development of the company. The investment envisages: 1. Implementation of 2 pcs. air-to-water heat pump systems of 17.3 kW each, intended for heating and cooling in the company's hotel. The use of heat pumps will reduce electricity consumption for air conditioning and increase the comfort of the working environment. 2. Installation of new aluminum joinery 40.23 m2 and new aluminum doors 7.6 m2, which will limit heat losses and improve the microclimate. By implementing these measures, a significant reduction in energy consumption for heating and cooling, better thermal insulation of the building and a reduction in operating costs for electricity will be achieved. The investment will allow for more efficient resource management – with lower occupancy, only one of the heat pumps will operate, which will optimize costs. The expected effect is to improve energy efficiency, extend the tourist season by creating a more comfortable accommodation environment, reduce the carbon footprint and increase the competitiveness of the hotel. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure, and will contribute to accelerating the company's transition to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint and optimizing the company's energy consumption through: - Optimization of energy processes by implementing renewable sources and highly efficient solutions. - Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and compliance with the objectives of the European Green Deal. - Improvement of the competitiveness and sustainable development of the furniture company.
