The project provides for the supply and installation of a 20kW photovoltaic power plant for own consumption with a 50kW electrical energy storage system for the needs of "REA - Elena Budovska" Ltd. The company specializes in the production of furniture for kitchens and bedrooms. The site is located in the city of Haskovo, "Byukya" area, property ID 77195.28.14. The photovoltaic installation for the production of electrical energy will supply power to the building where the company carries out its main economic activity. The generated, unconsumed energy will be stored in special battery modules. The produced electricity will be used for own consumption only and will not be fed into the grid. The goal of the project is to reduce the current costs for electricity and the dependence on the fluctuations in energy resource prices, as well as to improve the energy efficiency of the production process. The implementation of this measure will allow the enterprise to use clean energy from renewable sources, reduce its carbon footprint, and contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the European Green Deal and the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan. The project will be implemented in compliance with the "do no significant harm" principle and with the principles of gender equality and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
