The project proposal aims to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company's activities by building a photovoltaic power plant (PPP) with an installed capacity of 56 kW, intended for its own consumption. The main activity of the company is trade in industrial goods, materials, equipment and services, and for its implementation the company uses a rented premises in the city of Varna, including an administrative and warehouse area. In the process of work, significant amounts of electricity are consumed for lighting, heating, air conditioning and operation of equipment, which forms a significant share of operating costs. The project envisages the delivery, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic system located on the roof of the building. The system will include photovoltaic panels, inverters, structures, cable routes and the necessary elements for safe and efficient operation. The electricity produced will be used for its own needs, and it is expected that over 60% of the company's annual consumption will be covered by the RES source. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in electricity costs and increased energy independence, optimization of production and commercial processes through stable power supply, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, in line with the objectives of the European Green Deal, increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the company in the long term. The project is fully consistent with the priorities of the energy efficiency procedure and contributes to the transition to a green and sustainable economy, through the use of renewable energy sources and modern technologies.
