The project envisages the purchase of an AUTOMATIC BLOWING MACHINE FOR PET BOTTLES with a volume of 3 to 11 liters. Trade and production cooperative "Briz" offers a wide range of products manufactured in accordance with the European directives for food production, using quality and environmentally friendly raw materials and materials from leading Bulgarian and international companies.The production list includes over 60 types of carbonated low-calorie soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks with fruit content and table waters in various cuts, which makes it a sought-after and preferred partner among the producers of soft drinks in Bulgaria. Almost all the production of the enterprise is bottled in PET bottles with a volume of 0.5-2.00 liters.In recent years, there has been an increased consumption of large cuts (mainly mineral and table water) of more than 3 liters each. For the smaller bottles from 0.5 to 2 liters, the enterprise has its own bottle blowing line (plastic bottles are obtained after the so-called blowing of preforms, which are of minimum size and volume), which, in addition to having no possibility to blows bottles with larger volumes and is maximally loaded with current production.At present, the enterprise produces limited quantities of table water in 5 and 10 liter bottles by purchasing the bottles from an external supplier, which on the one hand requires a large warehouse space to store the empty bottles, and on the other hand, the production process is inefficient, as as the empty tubes are manually fed to the filling machine and thus the full productivity of the bottling machine cannot be used.
