"Polygraphic Complex Janet 45" Ltd. is an established printing house and publishing house with many years of experience in the production of books, catalogs, advertising and corporate materials. The company is among the leading names in the printing sector in Bulgaria. The air conditioning system of the production base is morally and technically outdated, with low energy efficiency and high operating costs. This negatively affects both the quality and stability of production processes and the financial sustainability of the company. Within the framework of the project, a complete renovation of the air conditioning system is envisaged through the purchase and commissioning of a new energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump with a capacity of 200 kW For the operation of a large part of the technological equipment in the printing business, a compressed air compressor in combination of a dryer and a tank is required. The printing house owns one purchased 10 years ago, which is morally and technically outdated, often defects and, in addition, consumes a lot of electricity. Therefore, within the framework of this project, it is also envisaged to purchase • Compressed air compressor with inverter control, 45 kW, • Air dryer, 45 kW, • Receiver to the compressor with a volume of 1500 liters. The deployment of these facilities is expected to reduce energy consumption by around 40-45% of the company's total consumption, which translates into savings of over 200 MWh per year and a reduction in carbon emissions by 70-80 tonnes of CO₂. The implementation of the project will ensure a more stable production process, better working conditions for personnel, reduction of operating costs and higher competitiveness. The initiative is fully in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and contributes to green transformation and sustainable development of the printing sector.
