Medicare Varna Medical and Dental Center was established with a clear mission – to offer high-quality, modern and affordable dental care to the residents and guests of Varna. The candidate company intends to increase its energy efficiency in one of the buildings in which it is located through the implementation of the project. With the implementation of this project, the following energy saving measures will be introduced: 1. Reducing energy costs by implementing renewable energy sources for energy with batteries and inverters included-15kw 2. Reducing energy costs through thermal insulation systems for EPS walls- 411m2 3. Reducing energy costs through thermal insulation systems for XPS walls--41 m2 4. Reducing energy costs through thermal insulation systems for mineral wool roofs-41m2 5. Reducing energy costs by replacing PVC joinery-44m2 6. Reducing energy costs by replacing 1 external solid door--3.74m2 With these measures, the company will achieve a reduction in electricity consumption, which in turn leads to a reduction in CO2 emissions. As a result, the competitiveness of the enterprise will be increased by improving energy efficiency, which in turn will lead to more sustainable growth and a decrease in energy intensity, which will lead to a decrease in production costs and an increase in environmental compliance. The significant increase in the price of electricity disrupts the functioning of our economic activity. Non-household end users are faced with the prospect of higher energy bills at a time when this may affect our recovery. The investments under the project are related to the implementation of activities aimed at increasing energy efficiency, which will lead to a significant reduction in electricity costs.
