The project of Prolet LLc. is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint of the enterprise by replacing outdated air conditioning systems with high-efficiency inverter devices and building a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 45 kWp, combined with an energy storage system (battery). The company produces bags and products made of textile and synthetic materials - an activity with high energy intensity, which requires constant control of the microclimate in the production premises. Currently, the enterprise uses old single-phase air conditioners installed in 2004-2005, which are inefficient, with outdated refrigerant and lead to excessive load on the electrical network and increased energy consumption. The planned replacement with new three-phase inverter air conditioners of a high energy class will lead to a reduction in energy consumption for heating and cooling by about 30%. In parallel, the construction of a solar power plant with a battery will ensure its own production of green energy, which will allow for a further reduction in consumption from the external grid and will improve the energy independence of the enterprise. The combined effect of the two measures will lead to optimization of electricity consumption from the grid, combined with a long-term reduction in energy costs and reduction of carbon emissions. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the grant procedure - promoting the use of energy from renewable sources, increasing energy efficiency and supporting the green transition in the private sector. Its implementation will ensure sustainable development of Prolet LLc, higher competitiveness and contribution to the national and European goals for climate neutrality.
