The project of DSLM Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of the Hotel “Dobrinishte”, located in the town of Dobrinishte, Blagoevgrad region, through the implementation of measures to reduce heat losses from the building envelope. The main investment includes the installation of thermal insulation on the external walls of the building in order to limit heat losses, improve the indoor microclimate, and reduce heating and cooling costs. The project is fully aligned with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004, which focuses on promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in enterprises. The implementation of the planned measure will decrease the specific energy consumption of the building, leading to optimized energy use, a reduced carbon footprint, and increased resilience of the enterprise to fluctuations in energy prices. The investment will contribute to modernizing the material base, extending the operational life of the building, and creating a more comfortable and energy-efficient environment for the hotel’s guests and staff. The project complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle and supports the sustainable development and green transition of the tourism sector. The expected result is a reduction in the overall energy consumption of the facility and the achievement of measurable energy savings, which will enhance the company’s competitiveness and establish “DSLM” Ltd. as an enterprise applying good practices in the field of energy efficiency and environmental protection.
