"Chernomorski solnici" LTD has many years of experience in the field of extraction and processing of sea salt. Salt extraction, which is also the applicant's main economic activity, is carried out on the territory of Atanasovsko Lake and is a complex technological process that cannot to be replicated by other countries, due to the specificity of the natural conditions of the geographical area. The technological process to obtain a final competitive product with high added value requires that the technologies used in the various parts of the extraction process will be significantly improved. The subject of this project, is the implementation of an innovation in business processes aimed at the production of goods, and more specifically an innovation in the salt transport process from the place of extraction to the place of storage.
In order to increase its capacity and efficiency, the company purchases a license for a utility model regarding the transportation of salt, which will significantly improve the quality and quantity of salt and, accordingly, increase the company's competitiveness and the added value of the final product.
The innovative business process will ensure great efficiency as it is specially developed according to the natural conditions and needs of the area. The innovation consists in the engineering of facilities for the automated transport of the extracted raw material. With the implementation of the process, it will be possible to increase the productivity in the extraction of sea salt, shorten the time for collecting the finished product, increase the quantity and quality of the extracted salt and, accordingly, reduce the cost per unit of product.
The project proposal and its objectives are in line with the objectives of the procedure "Implementation of innovations in enterprises" from PKIP2021-2027:support for the implementation of innovation in business processes in the thematic area of the ISIS 2021-2027: Mechatronics and Microelectronics.

Внедряване на иновация в бизнес процесите, насочена към производството на стоки. Същата е защитена с валиден и действащ полезен модел и значително се различава от използваните до момента процеси, използвани от предприятието.
Целта ще бъде постигната посредством придобиване на:
Система от съоръжения за транспортиране на сол - 1 бр.
Системата се състои от 3 бр. съоръжения за транспортиране на сол, които са разработени специално за транспортирането на сол в нашата страна.
Чрез внедряването на системата, ще бъде реализиран иновативен процес по транспортиране на добитата морска сол от басейните-кристализатори, до местата, на които се съхраняват добивите.
Целта е да се постигне:
• повишаване ефективността на процеса на транспортиране на солта
• повишаване на производителността при транспортиране на солта
• съкращаване на времето на кампанията за събиране на солта
• повишаване количеството на добиваната сол в рамките на кампания
• намаляване разходите за транспортиране на солта
