Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "KARAVIDOVI" Ltd. by supporting the implementation of energy-efficient equipment. "KARAVIDOVI" Ltd. owns and manages three gourmet restaurants under the common name "Tony Gigi" in the town of Nessebar. The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing restaurant services. They offer a high-quality culinary experience combined with a cozy and modern atmosphere and high quality service. A distinctive feature of the operation of "KARAVIDOVI" Ltd. is the high energy intensity of the restaurant services provided, associated with the need for a significant amount of energy for heating the premises, for thermal and refrigeration processing of food and for additional activities of the complex. Currently, "KARAVIDOVI" Ltd. cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of both innovative energy-efficient equipment – 2 pieces of Recuperative units for heating, ventilation and cooling - each with a maximum flow rate of 3,000 m3/h and 2 "air-to-water" heat pumps with a capacity of 32 kW each. On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "KARAVIDOVI" Ltd., reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
