The project proposal envisages increasing the energy efficiency and the share of energy from renewable sources in the company's operations throughout the implementation of new equipment. The following will be purchased and put into operation within the framework of the project: - Photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own consumption – which will produce clean energy from renewable sources and cover part of the needs of a small family hotel together with a wellness center, reducing the carbon footprint and dependence on external electricity suppliers. The realization of the project will lead to a reduction in energy intensity and operating costs, as well as to an improvement of the resource efficiency and competitiveness of the company. The project proposal is in line with the objectives of the "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" procedure, combining the implementation of energy-saving technologies and the use of green energy for the sustainable development of Dimitar Avrenliev ST. The investments under this project proposal comply with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment.
