The project of Varna Mobil Ltd. aims to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company’s service facility in Varna through the implementation of high-performance energy and technological solutions. The main objective is to reduce electricity consumption, improve the indoor microclimate, and enhance the company’s energy independence. The planned investments include the following specific measures: • Photovoltaic system with inverters with an installed capacity of 50 kW, designed for self-consumption and reduction of energy costs; • Sectional industrial doors – 3 units of 12.6 m² each and 1 unit of 16.81 m², providing better thermal insulation and limiting air exchange during opening and closing; • Energy-efficient lighting fixtures – 35 recessed LED panels (34 W) and 15 linear luminaires (32 W), which will reduce electricity consumption and improve lighting conditions in the work areas; • VRF/VRV direct expansion system with a heating capacity of 49 kW, ensuring efficient heating and cooling with individual zone control; • Compressor with inverter control and air dryer (7.5 kW) and an air receiver (500 liters) for energy-efficient operation of the pneumatic systems; • Thermal insulation system made of sandwich panels for roofs covering 82.3 m², which will reduce heat losses and improve the building’s overall energy performance. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in energy consumption, optimization of electricity and heating costs, and improvement of the working environment in the service facility. By applying energy-efficient technologies, the company will reduce its carbon footprint and achieve higher operational sustainability. The project represents an important step towards the green transition and modernization of Varna Mobil Ltd.’s infrastructure, ensuring long-term benefits – lower energy costs and sustainable development in line with the European Union’s environmental priorities.
