IMS-FORINVEST Ltd. is an established Bulgarian manufacturer of upholstered furniture – sofas, armchairs, and stools – designed for both domestic and international markets. The company was founded in 2002 and operates its own production facility in the village of Ognyanovo, Pazardzhik region, where the “Panels” factory is located. The enterprise is equipped with modern technologies and machinery for furniture production, upholstery, and assembly, ensuring high product quality and competitiveness. The company works with Bulgarian and international partners and is part of a global corporate structure with foreign capital participation, which provides access to advanced production practices and stable markets. IMS-FORINVEST Ltd. maintains sustainable operations based on professionalism, efficient organization, and a constant drive to improve its product range and working environment. The present project under the procedure “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises” aims to implement measures for improving the energy performance of the production building of IMS-FORINVEST Ltd. The main goal is to achieve a significant reduction in energy costs, improve thermal comfort, and increase competitiveness through efficient management of energy resources. Within the scope of the project, the following activity will be carried out: Thermal insulation of the ceiling /inside/ over an area of 1,400 m² of part of the main production hall, by applying a multi-component thermal insulation system – mineral wool insulation boards (including insulation board, plaster, coating, and reinforcing mesh) with a thickness of 100 mm and a thermal conductivity coefficient λ, W/m·K ≤ 0.040. Through the implementation of this project, the company will reduce its energy consumption, improve the operational characteristics of the building, and contribute to achieving national and European goals in the field of energy efficiency and the green transition.
