The project proposal envisages the implementation of measures to improve the energy efficiency of a building owned by HELIOS ENERGY SYSTEMS Ltd., through the supply and installation of external thermal insulation on the roof and facade walls. As part of the project, new enclosing structural elements made of energy-efficient sandwich panels will be constructed – roof panels with a total area of 1,008 m² and facade (wall) panels with a total area of 500 m². The investment is implemented under Priority 2 "Circular Economy", Specific Objective RSO2.1 – "Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions", and is aimed at the long-term reduction of heat losses from the building and the improvement of its overall energy performance. The project includes the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a facade and roof thermal insulation system based on modern sandwich panels with high thermal insulation properties. The implementation of these activities will contribute to a significant reduction in energy costs for heating and cooling, enhance indoor comfort, and extend the operational lifespan of the building. The project complies with the "Do No Significant Harm" principle to the environment, as the materials used are environmentally compatible and recyclable. The activities are aligned with both national and European priorities for sustainable development, energy efficiency, and adaptation to climate change.
