The project proposal aims to improve energy efficiency and the sustainable use of resources in the hospitality and restaurant sector through the purchase and implementation of modern energy-efficient equipment – chillers and an air-to-water heat pump. At the tourist facility operated by MIRAJ 2023 Ltd., a modern system based on an air-to-water heat pump and high-efficiency chillers will be installed. The equipment will ensure significantly lower electricity consumption, a better indoor climate for guests and staff, and the opportunity to utilize a renewable energy source (air), without compromising the quality of services. The expected results include: -Reduction in final energy consumption; -Decrease in carbon emissions (CO₂); -Optimization of operational costs; -Improved resource efficiency and sustainable energy management. As a result of the project implementation, significant energy savings are expected to be achieved, in line with the criteria of the funding procedure.
