„CLIMA KG" LTD. is a company specialized in the production of ventilation elements and ventilation equipment - air ducts, filters, silencers, ventilation, facade and movable louver grilles, fan boxes, energy-saving units, suction kitchen umbrellas, etc. The company's activities are carried out in a production facility located in the village of Herakovo, Sofia region.
As a manufacturing company where the energy component is a significant factor in forming the final price, „CLIMA KG" LTD. is faced with challenges related to high energy intensity, uncertainty of energy supplies and the dynamics of electricity prices.
To address these challenges and in accordance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", the project envisages the implementation of an investment under item 12 of the List of Eligible Assets, namely:
• Thermal insulation of the production building by replacing 1500 sq. m. of galvanized steel sheet roofing with an energy-efficient system of roof sandwich panels with PUR/PU thermal insulation.
The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in heat losses and a reduction in energy consumption for heating/cooling of the production premises. In this way, a sustainable reduction in operating costs, optimization of production processes, increased energy efficiency and a permanent increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise in the target markets will be achieved.
The total value of the investment is 340 275.00 leva, and the duration of the project – 12 months.
