As part of measures to increase energy efficiency, "TEXIM" Ltd., whose main activity is freight transport, plans to replace the existing roof of its service room with a new roof structure made of sandwich panels with high thermal insulation properties. The project will have the following key benefits for the company: 1. Improved energy efficiency: - Significant reduction in heat loss through the roof structure; - Reduced need for heating in winter and cooling in summer; - Lower energy consumption and, accordingly, lower electricity and fuel bills. 2. Sustainability and durability: - Sandwich panels have a long service life and high resistance to atmospheric influences; - Reduced risk of leaks, moisture and destruction of the structure. 3. Improved working conditions: - Better internal microclimate in the service room; - Increased comfort for personnel and improved occupational safety. 4. Compliance with European and national requirements: - The implemented measure covers the energy efficiency criteria under national and European programs; - Improvement of the energy audit profile of the enterprise. 5. Possibility for future energy solutions: - The new roof structure allows for the installation of a photovoltaic system, solar collectors or other renewable energy sources in the future. Given the specifics of the activities of "TEXIM" Ltd. - servicing and repairing trucks - high-quality thermal insulation and effective management of energy resources are of key importance for reducing operating costs and ensuring sustainable development. The project is in full compliance with the principles of the horizontal policies of the European Union. By implementing a measure aimed at improving energy efficiency, it contributes to achieving sustainable economic growth, environmental protection and limiting climate change.
