"INVEST STROY MONTAGE" EOOD is an established construction and trade company based in Svishtov. The company specializes in trade and supply of building materials. The company strives to optimize energy use in order to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The current project is in implementation of the objectives of the procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises - to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and promote the use of energy from renewable sources (RE), thereby accelerating the transition of the private sector to climate neutrality. With a view to greater energy independence and transition to environmentally friendly activity, after conducting procedures for selecting a contractor, the following key investments will be made: 1. Construction of a 50 kW power plant: Including solar panels, inverters, batteries, construction and other necessary components, which will enable the use of environmentally friendly energy for own needs and to store excess energy during power outages and as a supplementary energy source. 2. The implementation of an energy-efficient chiller with a capacity of 33 kW - 1 pc. is leading to optimization of energy consumption and improvement of the working environment in the commercial base, owned by the company. This measure is directly related to the energy efficiency objectives of the procedure, as it reduces the operational energy costs of the building and contributes to the overall energy savings. The chiller will be powered primarily by the electricity produced by the FEZ, which creates synergy between the two investments - own production of clean energy, which directly covers the needs of the highly efficient cooling equipment. The investments under the procedure are in line with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and will contribute to the ecological transition of the country.
