Brief description of the project The project of "Lobby Bulgaria" Ltd. is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and optimizing energy costs in the company's main base by implementing energy-efficient facilities and insulation systems. The company is an established distributor and supplier of raw materials, machinery and equipment for the food, feed and pharmaceutical industries, operating in a highly competitive environment requiring high quality, technological sustainability and low production costs. In view of the increased electricity prices and the need to improve energy efficiency in the logistics and warehouse facilities, the company plans to implement a complex investment, including: - thermal insulation systems for roofs, external walls and floors with a high coefficient of thermal resistance (mineral wool and XPS boards), which will limit heat losses and reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling; - a compressed air compressor with inverter control and a dryer, which will improve the efficiency of compressed air in production and service processes; - energy-efficient air coolers, ensuring a constant temperature and optimal microclimate in the raw material storage rooms. The investment will lead to a reduction in total energy consumption, lower electricity costs and limit the company's carbon footprint. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources", contributing to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon and sustainable economy in accordance with the "do no significant harm" principle and the priorities of the European Green Deal.
