NRJ Soft Ltd. is a company developing its activities in the field of information technology by developing innovative parking solutions with its own software and hardware, as well as for access control. Due to the rapid growth of the company's activities and employees, the company's central office needs more space to be located, which is why the purchase of the new building is necessary. The company purchased a new building for its activities in 2024, which has excellent construction qualities, but does not meet modern energy efficiency requirements and therefore certain measures are needed to achieve a high energy class. The building has one floor with a total area of 1065.87 sq.m., with a part for office and production activities and a warehouse part, with the basement part being half-buried in the terrain. The current project has been prepared, which aims to support through additional financing the activity of ensuring better energy efficiency of the new building by purchasing and installing a combined high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump system with air-to-air, which can cover both heating needs in winter and cooling needs in summer. It will achieve a comfortable temperature and humidity of the premises, as well as energy and cost savings. When implementing the project proposal, information, communication and publicity measures will be applied, in accordance with EU regulations. The investment under the procedure will be in line with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment. When implementing the project, the company will comply with the principle of equality and prevention of discrimination, by promoting equality between men and women, as well as between representatives of various minority groups and will strive to eliminate all activities leading to inequality.
