Description

“Argisht” Ltd. was founded in 2011 and provides services to its clients in the field of hospitality and catering.
Hotel Argisht Partez has a modern design but requires the implementation of energy efficiency measures. The tourist facility has 280 units (studios and apartments), which makes it extremely energy-intensive, difficult to heat and cool, and highly dependent on the electricity grid. At the same time, the price of electricity has risen drastically in recent years as a result of the liberalization of the energy market. These factors have a cumulative negative effect on the core services provided by the hotel, including accommodation, catering, and event tourism.
In order to overcome the identified challenges of energy dependency and high electricity costs, as well as to move towards maximally cost-effective climate neutrality, “Argisht” Ltd. needs to purchase and build one photovoltaic power plant for own consumption with local energy storage facilities (batteries) with an installed capacity of 53 kW. These solutions will lead to optimization of the site’s energy consumption, reduction of dependence on electricity and heat energy from conventional sources, and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.
The project of “Argisht” Ltd. will simultaneously contribute to reducing energy intensity and achieving greater sustainability of operations, limiting greenhouse gas emissions and supporting the acceleration of the transition to climate neutrality, while increasing the company’s competitiveness.
