Description

The project aims to increase the energy efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise through modernization of the technological infrastructure and implementation of modern energy-saving equipment.
The investment includes:
A heat pump system (VRF/VRV) for energy-efficient heating and cooling of production and service premises, which allows for a significant reduction in energy costs compared to conventional heating systems.
Variable speed drive (VSD) screw compressor for optimal compressed air production depending on the actual load, which leads to reduced electricity consumption and pressure stabilization.
Vertical air receiver, which ensures accumulation and uniform supply of compressed air, reduces losses and increases the efficiency of the compressor system.
Centralized microprocessor control system for the compressor installation, which synchronizes the operation of the compressor, receiver and auxiliary equipment, ensuring maximum energy optimization and system reliability.
Expected results:
Reducing the total energy consumption of the enterprise by up to 25–30%;
Optimizing work processes through more efficient use of compressed air and thermal energy;
Reducing carbon emissions and the environmental footprint;
Improving the productivity and reliability of technological equipment;
Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through lower production costs and sustainable development.The company constantly strives to introduce innovative environmental solutions and ideas, in line with the latest trends in the field of building cladding.
