The project of "Kinetik Automotive" Ltd. aims to improve energy efficiency and increase the independence of production processes by implementing a renewable energy source and an energy storage system. The company carries out restoration and electrification of classic cars in two production facilities with a total area of about 300 sq.m in the city of Varna. The main technological operations include welding, working with charging and diagnostic systems for electric vehicles, using 3D printers, compressors, lighting and ventilation systems, which leads to high electricity consumption and a significant share of energy costs in total operating costs. In order to optimize the energy balance and reduce carbon emissions, the project proposal provides for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 25 kWp for own consumption, combined with an energy storage system (battery) with a capacity of 25 kWh. Through this investment, the company will achieve: - Reduction of electricity consumption from the external grid and sustainable reduction of energy costs; - Higher energy independence and stability of the production process; - Effective load management through storage and use of the produced energy during peak hours; - Significant contribution to environmental protection by limiting the carbon footprint. The implementation of the project will have a long-term positive effect on the economic sustainability and competitiveness of Kinetic Automotive Ltd., ensuring sustainable growth by reducing energy costs, improving the environmental profile and building a modern, energy-independent production base in full compliance with the national and European goals for a green and energy-efficient economy and the principles of the circular economy.
