The project proposal includes measures to improve energy efficiency in the following areas: 1) Delivery and installation of a 12 kV heat pump, Air-to-Water type. The heat pump will be installed in an existing building with a designated public laundry, owned by ELIT 99 STATEV EOOD. It will air-condition premises with an area of 90 sq.m. 2) PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT with a capacity of 35kW on the roof of an existing building with a designated public laundry, owned by ELIT 99 STATEV EOOD. The laundry has a wide range of washing machines, dryers and ironing equipment, which implies high energy costs. In addition, the building's air conditioning also uses electricity, which further increases the energy costs of the operation.
