The project proposal of “Meizinev” Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of a hotel complex consisting of two buildings through the implementation of modern energy-saving measures. The main investment activities include: Replacement of the existing old and energy-inefficient window frames in one of the buildings of the complex with new high-efficiency aluminum frames with a thermal break, covering a total area of 134.61 sq.m., consisting of 37 modules. This particular building currently has outdated window frames that cause significant heat losses; therefore, this measure will contribute substantially to improving its overall energy performance. Supply and installation of two identical high-efficiency water-to-water heat pumps, each with a heating capacity of 78.55 kW (at evaporation +7.2 °C and condensation +45 °C). One heat pump will be installed in each of the two buildings of the hotel complex, providing an independent and efficient heating and cooling system. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in heat losses, optimization of energy consumption for heating and cooling, and a substantial decrease in the complex’s carbon footprint. The expected results include increased comfort for hotel guests, sustainable reduction of energy costs, and compliance with national and European goals for energy efficiency and environmental protection.
