The project involves the development of proprietary software, which is an internal platform of tools that automates and digitizes the core processes of SERPACT EOOD related to data analysis, content, and online visibility.
As part of the activity, the following Industry 4.0 technologies from Annex 18 will be introduced, with the leading one being:

The introduced technologies are stable, scalable platforms for daily, in-depth work and will form the backbone of data and content operations.

Въвеждане на технологии от Индустрия 4.0 в СЕРПАКТ ЕООД: Дейността предвижда изграждане на собствен софтуер – вътрешна платформа от инструменти, която автоматизира и дигитализира основните процеси на компанията, свързани с анализ на данни, съдържание и онлайн видимост.
Целта е да се въведат технологии от Индустрия 4.0, които да позволят:
• по-ефективно управление на големи обеми данни,
• автоматизация на рутинни задачи чрез изкуствен интелект,
• по-добър контрол върху качеството на съдържанието и резултатите.
Като част от дейността ще бъдат въведени следните технологии от Индустрия 4.0 от Приложение 18, като водеща е:
1. Изкуствен интелект (Artificial intelligence – AI)
2. Анализ на големи данни (Big Data)
3. Инструменти за обработка на големи масиви от данни (Big Data Analytics)
4. Облачни технологии (Cloud Computing)
5. Машинно обучение (Machine Learning - ML)
