The project proposal of "VIVA-92" Ltd. is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and increasing the share of energy used from renewable sources in the administrative building of the enterprise. The main planned investments include: • Purchase and installation of a heat pump system with a capacity of 120 kW, providing efficient heating and cooling of the building, by replacing existing energy-inefficient systems; • Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 30 kW, in combination with local facilities for storing electrical energy, intended for the enterprise's own consumption. The implementation of the project will lead to: • significant reduction in energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions; • optimization of energy consumption through the introduction of highly efficient technologies; • contribution to achieving the goals of the European Green Deal and the transition to climate neutrality. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 for promoting energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises, and will increase the sustainability and competitiveness of "VIVA-92" Ltd.
