Description

The project of Intellsoft – Grigorov, Kanev & Co. aims to enhance the energy efficiency and energy independence of the company through the implementation of a photovoltaic power plant (PV system) with a capacity of 15 kW and an energy storage system consisting of batteries and inverters with a total capacity of 40 kW, intended solely for self-consumption.
The company develops, sells, and maintains its own specialized software products for payroll calculation and human resources management, serving more than 2,700 clients from both the public and private sectors.
The main business processes include software development, implementation and maintenance, consulting services, training, and remote client support. To perform these activities, the company maintains a highly reliable IT infrastructure, which operates continuously and requires constant power supply. This leads to high energy consumption and fixed electricity costs, especially due to the remote servicing and support of more than 2,700 active users.
The company’s building in Sofia includes office, training, residential, and service premises. In the past, Intellsoft operated solar panels, which over time have become depreciated. The current project plans the restoration and upgrading of the system through the installation of a new PV plant with modern panels, inverters, and battery storage, allowing the generated electricity to be used even during hours without sunlight.
The investment will result in reduced electricity costs, improved energy security, and ensured continuity of service. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises” and will make a direct contribution to the green transformation of the company’s operations through the use of self-produced clean energy, combined with technological modernisation and sustainable resource management.
