With this project proposal, ROZEN-MONOV Ltd. is applying for the improvement of the energy efficiency of its building stock and the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with local energy storage facilities for its own needs. The company owns a petrol station located in the village of Gigen, Gulyantsi municipality, Pleven region. For this site, it is applying for energy efficiency improvement through renovation of the petrol station building, including external insulation of the building and roof, as well as replacement of existing doors and windows with aluminium frames with a thermal break. There are also plans to build a photovoltaic power plant for own use with local energy storage facilities - 20 kW. The project also envisages improving energy efficiency by renovating the company's office located in Pleven, ul. San Stefano No. 3G, which is also owned by ROZEN-MONOV Ltd. The replacement of the existing window and door frames with aluminium frames with a thermal break is planned. With the investment in this project, the company fully complies with the conditions under Procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004-Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises.
