The project of ET "Nevelin Zarkov–Stefanka Ivanova" is aimed at implementing measures for the use of energy from renewable sources at the production site of the enterprise, whose main activity is under NACE 25.99 - Manufacture of other metal products, not elsewhere classified. The company produces a variety of metal products for industrial and domestic applications, striving to provide high-quality and reliable production, in accordance with the requirements for sustainable development and environmentally responsible activity. The production process is associated with intensive use of electricity, mainly for the operation of CNC machines and related auxiliary equipment. High energy consumption leads to significant current costs and makes the enterprise dependent on fluctuations in electricity prices. This affects both the cost of production and the long-term competitiveness of the company. In addition to the economic consequences, high energy consumption increases the carbon footprint of production. The project envisages the construction of a new photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 60kW, which will include solar panels, an inverter, batteries and all accompanying components necessary for its operation. The investment will ensure both the production of electricity from a renewable source and the storage of excess energy, which will allow its effective use in different time ranges. In this way, a higher degree of energy independence will be achieved, operating costs will be reduced and the impact on the environment will be limited. The need for support stems from the desire of ET "Nevelin Zarkov-Stefanka Ivanova" to reduce its dependence on external energy sources, optimize production costs and increase energy efficiency. The expected results include reducing electricity costs, significantly limiting carbon emissions and increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
