TThe project of “RUDI AN” Ltd. entails the deployment of modern air-to-air heat pump systems at two company sites: the production & logistics base in Aksakovo and the Showroom in Varna. The intervention aims to improve energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy (RES), while ensuring a stable, controllable indoor climate for activities under NACE 27.12 and 31.09. The solution includes: • For the Showroom- 4 inverter heat pumps, each with a nominal heating capacity of 18.17 kW, offering precise control, low acoustic profile, and aesthetic integration within the exhibition environment; • For the production & logistics base - 5 inverter heat pumps, each with a nominal heating capacity of 47,24 kW, zoned according to the actual thermal loads of the halls and the needs of furniture manufacturing and the production of electrical control panels. The project scope covers delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning, all required protection and measuring components, and staff training, with no change to building use. In parallel, energy monitoring and KPI-based control are planned to maintain performance over time and provide traceability of savings. Expected effects include a substantial reduction in energy intensity for heating/cooling during core operating hours, stabilization of temperature and humidity regimes, lower defect and rework rates and reduced downtime, a more predictable cost base, and a stronger ESG profile with clients and partners. The adopted solution harnesses renewable energy from ambient air and reduces the carbon footprint without compromising technological requirements. The project fully aligns with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and PKIP 2021-2027: raising energy efficiency, optimizing energy consumption, and increasing the share of RES in the company’s energy mix, while delivering the best balance between expected costs and benefits for “RUDI AN” Ltd.
