Description

The project proposal of “Athletics Fitness” Ltd. is aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint of three sports facilities operated by the company, located in the cities of Stara Zagora and Plovdiv.

In Stara Zagora, construction and installation works are planned, including the supply and installation of mineral wool panels to improve the building’s thermal insulation over an area of 400 sq.m. The activities will cover the installation of the insulation and complete cleaning after completion. For the same site, the purchase and installation of an air-to-air heat pump with a capacity of 50 kW is planned, providing energy-efficient heating and cooling. The building is operated under a long-term lease agreement exceeding 5 years.

In Plovdiv, the project includes two sites.

-For the fitness center located in Markovo Tepe Mall, 52–54 Ruski Blvd., 3rd floor, the purchase of an air-to-air heat pump with a capacity of 25 kW is planned. The building is operated under a long-term lease agreement exceeding 5 years.

-For the site located at 38 Peshtersko Shose Blvd., an air-to-air heat pump with a capacity of 25 kW will also be supplied and installed. The building is owned by “Athletics Fitness” Ltd.

The implementation of the project is expected to significantly improve energy efficiency, reduce electricity costs, optimize the indoor microclimate, and contribute to the sustainable development of the company through the application of environmentally friendly solutions.
