The project involves the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 100 kW, intended to cover the own electricity consumption of "Star City Park" Ltd., which operates in the field of renting and managing its own real estate. The system includes solar panels, inverters, batteries, and all other components necessary for the operation of the power plant. The installation will be located on the roof of a facility owned by the company, situated in the town of Pirdop. The photovoltaic power plant is expected to cover a significant portion of the company's current energy needs, thereby achieving the following key results: – a significant reduction in electricity costs; – optimal coverage of annual consumption with self-produced energy; – ensured energy security and uninterrupted processes in the event of emergencies; – reduction of carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions; – increased competitiveness and long-term sustainability of the enterprise. The project is in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and directly contributes to achieving the priorities related to the energy transition, sustainable resource use, and improving energy efficiency in business. The implementation of the investment will provide both economic and environmental added value, with a sustainable impact for the enterprise and society.
