Description

The project envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency in the warehouse of "Bio Enigma EOOD".
The main activities include:
1. Energy-efficient insulation systems on external walls and floors. The measure aims to limit heat losses, improve the microclimate in production premises and reduce the energy needed for heating and cooling.
2. Replacement of existing lighting with energy-saving LED luminaires. Replacing existing lighting with energy-saving LED luminaires will lead to a significant reduction in electricity consumption for lighting. LED technologies are much more efficient and have a longer service life compared to traditional lighting fixtures, which will reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
3. Replacement of old joinery with new energy-efficient joinery. Replacing old joinery with new, highly efficient and energy-efficient joinery will lead to a significant reduction in heat losses and improvement of the building's insulation.
4. Construction of a new roof with sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics. The construction of a new roof with sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics will provide a significant improvement in the energy efficiency of the building.
The enterprise plans a comprehensive modernization in order to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs. All these measures will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs, increased staff comfort and a reduction in the ecological footprint of the enterprise.
The measure is directly related to the objectives of the program and will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise by reducing energy costs, optimizing resources and sustainable energy management. The choice of high-performance insulation systems is economically justified, with a short payback period and a significant environmental effect.
